Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Bubu Vault is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
