At Bubu Vault LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality, authentic Nigerian ready-to-wear fashion.

Because many of our garments feature relaxed silhouettes and unique African prints, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Fit or length preference
• Change of mind
• Personal style preference
  

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:

• You receive the wrong item.
• Your item arrives damaged or defective.
  

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the original packaging
  

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, fragrances, makeup, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear—and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a return or exchange. Upon request, ineligible items may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
